Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between ALIZE PRODUCTION (hereinafter "the Provider") and any client (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to benefit from the event microsite creation services offered under the Invitation.VIP brand.

3. Quotes and orders
All services are subject to a prior detailed quote, provided free of charge by the Provider. The quote is valid for 30 days from its date of issue.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in euros excluding tax (HT). Applicable VAT will be added at the current rate.
5. Delivery times
Delivery times are communicated as indicative in the quote.
6. Intellectual property
The transfer of intellectual property rights on creations made within the scope of the service is effective after full payment of the agreed price.
7. Hosting and maintenance
Microsite hosting is included in the service for a period of 12 months from the date of going live.
8. Termination
In case of termination by the Client after signing the quote, the deposit paid shall remain with the Provider as compensation.
9. Liability
The Provider's liability is limited to the amount of the invoiced service.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
